before we start, I'd like to ask you to give me +rep if I helped.

1-40 Att/str/defence

I'd suggest going to Beginning Training, and fighting Rats.

They don't hit, so go and watch some Youtube video's in between kills, just 1 kill, and you're up to 40 though, so, make it a quicky.. ;P

40-80 Att/str/defence

I'd suggest going to Money Making teleport. These newby leprechauns drop anywhere from 1K, to 1000K! So, if you luck out, in the 6-8 kills it takes to reach 70, you'll make some decent money.

70-99 Att,Str,Def

Teleport home, and go into the Green Dragons teleport. Fight these **** (with an anti-dragon shield) until 99. You won't make much cash, but, it's good xp, and keep the bones for Prayer. As bones are really that cheep. (23k each in store)
